"My computer was damaged during a storm and would not start. I called up Rick and he was out to my home in under an hour! He diagnosed that the power supply had failed. He had it back to me the next morning. He had done the repairs and gave it a tune-up as well and now it is so much faster!! Highly recommended and Rick was super professional."

"Had gotten Rick's name from DH's golfing buddy. We were having issues with our desktop, it was acting "weird." Rick came out same day. Didn't observe the behavior, so took the tower home. Cleaned it up and did routine maintenance. Brought it back the next day. When he was "playing" around, he discovered that the keyboard was causing the issues. Turns out that I had spilled coffee on it a while back and you could hear it "sloshing" around. That was about 6 months ago. It continues to work better then previously. Would certainly use Rick again."

"He rebuilt me a new computer and installed a new operating system. He brought it back to my place afterwards and hooked it up when he was finished. He shows up on time, he's on call and very knowledgeable. I've been using Rick for the last 8 or 9 years."

"In home service so that I didn't have to unplug my computer and drive it to get fixed and wait weeks for it to be done?? I'm sold! They came out quickly and on-time, explained what the problem was and told me they would have it back the next day. Saturday morning, it was back, tuned up and running like a sports car. "I don't usually write reviews like this. But I had such a great experience with this company, I wanted to let other know. The hard drive on my laptop crashed and my computer was dead. I called Pro-Formance Computers and they came out the same morning. I was so worried about my pictures and my work documents being lost.
